Flavours that tell a story, inspired by the world

Freyja is led by Executive Chef Jae Bang, whose Michelin Star pedigree and extensive global experience shape the kitchen’s vision. Born in Seoul, South Korea, Jae refined his craft at New York’s Culinary Institute of America before working at renowned restaurants like El Bulli in Spain, Daniel in New York, and Re-naa in Norway. Jae has developed a distinctive style that blends global techniques with a deep respect for natural ingredients.
