'Estrange' The Dessert and The Cocktail

In collaboration with Melbourne based fashion house Strateas Carlucci, our Chef Jae Bang has crafted a dessert and cocktail inspired by their Estrange collection, which delves into the intricate interplay of beauty and pain, joy and sorrow, and the blurred boundaries between self and world. It visually and sensorially mirrors the collection’s themes of self-detachment and the delicate balance between pleasure and pain.

This offer will be available October 21 – October 26 (except October 24) during dinner service only.
